2. Offers and prices
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery of templates
Templates are delivered by email as a Word file immediately after payment.
4. Liability
NeXum Legal prepares templates and advice with the greatest possible care, but is not liable for damage resulting from improper use.
5. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
